As a former law enforcement officer and a PhD student who studies real world attacks, I was doubtful that this course would provide me with anything useful. What I found was completely opposite from my beliefs.  Mr. Kaiser was well versed in terrorist tactics and targeting methodology.  He used his real-world experience to show security flaws that were exploited by attackers in various attacks.  He expounded upon simple actions that each of us could have done to limit or end an Active Shooter attack.  

If you are in the security or protection industry, I highly recommend that you and your employees consider taking this active shooter class.  I took the class because it afforded me the entire 12 C.E. credits need to renew armed private investigator license.  I left with a sense that I was much better prepared to deal with an active shooter incident.

Courtroom Testimony (PPSB-18-513) class: well taught class by Mr. Kaiser.  It was not only enjoyable but also a great class as a reminder to keep your notes organized and precise.  He offers some great tips to try that even a seasoned professional witness can walk away with and employ.  It's always refreshing to sit in a class and have an instructor that gets your wheels turning and induces those mental light bulbs to fire up.  Thanks again!

With a dynamic background and an equally impressive resume, one would think the Instructor (David Kaiser) would treat students like they've just stepped off the Bus at Parris Island.  You couldn't be more wrong...David treats each and every student as if you were his equal.

 I attended the the NC Armed Guard training course conducted by David Kaiser, owner of Spearhead Global Security in November 2019. It was a very informative course, with lots of interaction, and lots of pertinent and current information. David broke down the information to an easily understandable format, without cutting corners on content. The firearms portion of the training was equally as professional and enjoyable. I'd recommend his course in a heartbeat.

I recently took a basic executive  protection shooting class through Spearhead Tactical.  Having previously  gone to executive protection courses through the NYPD and Blackwater USA, I did not expect to leave with anything more than three fun days at the range.  What I found was something different. 

During the first day of class, we began by shooting much like the  police qualification course.  This “easy shooting” quickly escalates to included timed shooting.  The student’s tight groups began to spread.   Then the lead instructor, David Kaiser, added movement to the regiment.  By day three, speed, movement, distance, and team work were all intertwined to create an awesome course.  If you have an E.P. or  security business, I highly recommend this “basic course” for all your  employees.
